  • Apartment Building Insurance is designed for larger rental properties (5+ units) with commercial and/ or residential tenants provides coverage for the building, accidents, and lost rental income.
  • Condo Association Insurance often referred to as “master insurance” provides coverage for the shared areas (roofs, exterior walls and lobbies) and accidents. The most comprehensive plan is referred to as a "walls-in" or “all in” includes coverage for inside the units such as drywall, flooring, cabinets and appliances excluding only the personal property of the unit owner.
  • Homeowner Association Insurance often referred to as “master insurance” provides coverage for shared structures in the residential developments such as (clubhouses and pools) and accidents. The most comprehensive plan often referred to as "all-in" includes coverage inside the individual units such as drywall, flooring, cabinets, and appliances excluding only personal property of the unit owner.
  • Landlord Insurance is designed for smaller residential rental properties (1–4 units) provides coverage for the multi-family dwelling, accidents and lost rental income.
